Paul Kelsey, Editor in Chief
Paul Kelsey earned his Master's in Library and Information Science (MLIS) from The University of Texas at Austin and a B.A. in Religion from Colorado College. During Paul's more than ten year's experience as a librarian, he worked in children's services in public libraries, as a school librarian, and an academic librarian. He is a past reviewer for School Library Journal and is co-founder of The Louisiana Young Readers' Choice Award. Paul has published numerous articles, co-edited Outreach Services in Academic and Special Libraries, and is currently on the editorial board of Financial Counseling and Planning. He has served on a variety of American Library Association committees, including serving as co-chair of the 2007 Oberly Award committee. Paul's most recent article can be viewed here.
Nancy Sharon Collins
Nancy Sharon Collins owned and operated the graphic design firm Nancy Feldman Studio in New York City from 1978 to 2004. Clients included Martha Stewart Living, Williams-Sonoma, Clinique, Prescriptives, Revlon, Curve fragrance, The Metropolitan Museum of Art, The Metropolitan Opera Shop and the Museum of Modern Art. Her specialty is print media and digital imaging. Mrs. Collins is a partner in Collins Print & Imaging LLC, currently she is Education Director of AIGA New Orleans and Visiting Assistant Professor of Graphic Design at Loyola University New Orleans. Her personal research is in a very narrow field: hand engraved social stationery, which is becoming a lost art. On this, one of her favorite topics, she lectures, designs for private commissions and works with die engravers and pressmen across the country. She will be presenting “Beauty and the Engraved Line” at the Type Directors Club December Salon in New York. Mrs. Collins has presented her engraving workshops to AIGA New Orleans in 2004, the 2005 AIGA Conference in Boston and the 2006 TypeCon Conference also in Boston. Mrs. Collins’ engraved work won three 2007 AIGA New Orleans Biennial Competition awards , including Steven Heller Judges Choice, and has been chosen for publication in Letter Arts Review Annual 2007. Mary-Lane Kamberg
Mary-Lane Kamberg is an award-winning professional writer and speaker and co-leader of the Kansas City Writers Group. She also founded and directs the Kansas City Young Writers Camp. At the age of seven, she published a neighborhood newspaper, printed on a toy printing press. At nine, she earned $1 for her first published poem. She has a bachelor’s degree in journalism from the William Allen White School of Journalism at the University of Kansas and has published books, articles, short stories, and poems.
