About Launch Pad
Launch Pad is a new literary and arts magazine dedicated to publishing fiction, nonfiction, poetry, book reviews, and artwork written and created by children ages 6-12. The first issue appeared online in January/February 2008. An ISSN assignment by the Library of Congress is pending.
Published works will be well-written and imagninative, with universal appeal to children ages 6-12. Works have already been accepted from all over the United States, as well as England, Belgium, New Zealand, and Australia.
Initial issues of Launch Pad will appear online in an open access format, until a partnership is formed with a publisher. To add your name or institutuion to a list of potential subscribers for a future print launch, please send a message to subscribe@launchpadmag.com. We will not share your email address with outside parties, and adding your name or institution will not commit you to a purchase.
